Rockland Roots: Farm-to-table on the go
Brian and Alanna Holbach, owners and operators of the Rockland Roots farm-to-table food truck started their mobile restaurant as a way to gain more control over the food they prepared. Brian, a long-time chef, found joy in creating meals on the island of St. Thomas.
