Mind Key is open during construction!

Jon and I for Christmas pics 2015

Hiya!  My Name’s Charla Dury and I’m the editor here at Mind Key.  I wanted to introduce myself. While you’ve probably seen blogs from me, I don’t know that I’ve taken a chance to actually say hi.  So hi.  Now that that’s done, I want to let you know that Mind Key is in a bit of a transition period.  We’re working hard to build a diverse group of folks on our blog (both regular columnists as well as guest bloggers) to give you a wide range of material to help you on your journey.  We want to be sure to hit on all of the aspects of Mind Key that you’re here for; Health, Spirituality, Creativity, Connection and beyond. We will also be incorporating more practical advice from our members on how to live your passion everyday in sustainable and lucrative ways.

We would love to hear from you, our readers.  Tell us what you’re enjoying.  Talk to us about your favorite columnist or the “best blog so far!”  Tell us if you think we should refocus our energies here or there.  Is there something you’d like to read about on Mind Key?  How are we going to know this if you don’t say so?
Over the next few months, Mind Key will be adding new features and folks to the blog. Expect to see some new faces and hear some new voices.  If you see something you like, please say so.
One of the things I would love to see, as a former MySpace Blogger, is more interaction.  I’ll say it.  I miss the social aspect of blogging.  I know that the blogosphere seems to have transitioned from a place to talk and discuss, to a place to read quickly and move on – like a magazine.  It doesn’t have to be that way.  Danielle, all of our Mind Key columnists and I would enjoy hearing from you.  While blogs may seem impersonal, they’re not.  We’re sharing parts of ourselves with you and we’d love it if you share parts of yourselves as well.
Bear with us while we work through our growing pains and remember to treat Mind Key as your place to connect with and live your passion.

Charla Dury
Editor and COO

Mother, blogger, cyclist, travel enthusiast, accountant and writer, Charla Dury blogs about her experience in humanity. Whether fact, fiction, poetry or creative nonfiction, Charla’s writing brings out the human experience in each of us. “We are all part of one big human family and can relate to each other on multiple levels,” Charla said. “It doesn’t have to be only skin deep.” One of the most profound reasons Charla blogs is to bring back a sense of community and connectedness that is often lost in the world of technology.
